Celebrate

Jennifer and Justin in Paris

Assembly
for
Freedom
自由のために組み立てます
Jiyū no tame ni kumitatemasu

from Ps.111

Hooray Yah!

I will give thanks for our freedom
in the congregation of faith.

The works of providence are great for people!
They are studied by all who delight in them.

Assembly has to be democratic, republican and majestic
for fairness to endure as justice in society.

The greatness of the organization will be remembered
for graciousness and compassion.

Food is given out of respect for needs.
This covenant remembers that ability is developed
with functional capacity.

People have been shown the power of work.
Organization for the management of resources
defines government anywhere in the world.

Faithfulness with freedom and justice
are the products of moral law
in an open society.

The commandment against killing
is the foundation for morality.

Truth is built with equity
on this ground.

Redemption is granted to those
who observe this rule of law.

Respect for knowledge is the beginning of wisdom.
Those who act accordingly have understanding.

The house of praise is built with gratitude
for the sun’s rays and the darkness of days.

111 Confitebor tibi

1 Hallelujah!
I will give thanks to the Lord with my whole heart, *
in the assembly of the upright, in the congregation.

2 Great are the deeds of the Lord! *
they are studied by all who delight in them.

3 His work is full of majesty and splendor, *
and his righteousness endures forever.

4 He makes his marvelous works to be remembered; *
the Lord is gracious and full of compassion.

5 He gives food to those who fear him; *
he is ever mindful of his covenant.

6 He has shown his people the power of his works *
in giving them the lands of the nations.

7 The works of his hands are faithfulness and justice; *
all his commandments are sure.

8 They stand fast for ever and ever, *
because they are done in truth and equity.

9 He sent redemption to his people;
he commanded his covenant forever; *
holy and awesome is his Name.
10 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; *
those who act accordingly have a good understanding;
his praise endures forever.
