Kate Upton: SI Swimsuit Fame

Ai o oshiemasu

I have taken refuge in you.
Don't let me down.

Deliver me and set me free.
Listen to my petition. Help me.

Be my shelter,
a house to keep me safe.

You are the strength for my safety;
the sanctuary known as home.

Deliver me from harm
from excessive competition
or adverse circumstance.

You are my hope, my faith,
my deliverance; the confidence
from my youth.

I have been sustained by you since birth.
You protected me when I was in the womb.

I will always be grateful
for what you have done for me.

I have become a warning sign
to those who are against me,
but you are my refuge and strength.

I will sing praise for your glory
until the sun no longer shines.

Do not cast me off because of my age.
Do not forsake me when my strength fails.

False statements are enemies to good thought.
They are conceptions about perception
that distract attention
from perspective
on true conceptual

The enormity of conformity to personal authority
against anybody but me says, "Don't make the effort."

"Don't even try to make a statement for a quality product.

"Don't even think about relations for justice

with mercy."

Faith says, "Stay on task. Remember your goals.
Complete actions that build trust in your reliability
with responsibility. Build relations for trust."

Let those statements that are against me be disproved.
May they be so disgraced that the makers feel shame
for attempting to shift the blame to my name.

I will work with due diligence
to establish constitutional authority
for reliable responsibility.

I will wait with patience.
Redemption by reform
is the means to help others
to find providence and avoid harm.

I will recount the profound power of the law
for the right to life. The law against murder and slavery
will defend the limitation of spending on national security
to defense.

Mercy has guarded me from violence and cruelty in punishment
since my youth. Compassion will not fail me when I am old and gray.

The righteousness of truth reaches beyond the sky
to speak about the wonders of gravity and force
for the harmony of the celestial spheres.

What keeps the planets in their orbits?
What pushes the galaxy  on the path
to the dark reaches of unknown space?

Who can not wonder at the divine design
for the cosmos as the order for production?

I have seen deliverance from greater adversity
in every close encounter with death.

I have been brought up from the deep places
of the earth. I have been strengthened beyond
my lack of strength. I have been enfolded
and comforted by renewal  in life.

I will sing praises with joy
for the happiness that singing
brings with the ring of the resounding
pound of sound from the depths of my soul.

My speech will teach the value
of learning from the re-constitution
of conception for perspective
on perception.

71 In te, Domine, speravi

1 In you, O Lord, have I taken refuge; *
let me never be ashamed.
2 In your righteousness, deliver me and set me free; *
incline your ear to me and save me.
3 Be my strong rock, a castle to keep me safe; *
you are my crag and my stronghold.
4 Deliver me, my God, from the hand of the wicked, *
from the clutches of the evildoer and the oppressor.
5 For you are my hope, O Lord God, *
my confidence since I was young.
6 I have been sustained by you ever since I was born;
from my mother's womb you have been my strength; *
my praise shall be always of you.
7 I have become a portent to many; *
but you are my refuge and my strength.
8 `Let my mouth be full of your praise *
and your glory all the day long.
9 Do not cast me off in my old age; *
forsake me not when my strength fails.
10 For my enemies are talking against me, *
and those who lie in wait for my life take counsel together.
11 They say, "God has forsaken him;
go after him and seize him; *
because there is none who will save."
12 O God, be not far from me; *
come quickly to help me, O my God.
13 Let those who set themselves against me be put to shame and be disgraced; *
let those who seek to do me evil be covered with scorn and reproach.
14 But I shall always wait in patience, *
and shall praise you more and more.
15 My mouth shall recount your mighty acts
and saving deeds all day long; *
though I cannot know the number of them.
16 I will begin with the mighty works of the Lord God; *
I will recall your righteousness, yours alone.
17 O God, you have taught me since I was young, *
and to this day I tell of your wonderful works.
18 And now that I am old and gray-headed, O God, do not forsake me, *
till I make known your strength to this generation
and your power to all who are to come.
19 Your righteousness, O God, reaches to the heavens; *
you have done great things;
who is like you, O God?
20 You have showed me great troubles and adversities, *
but you will restore my life
and bring me up again from the deep places of the earth.
21 You strengthen me more and more; *
you enfold and comfort me,
22 Therefore I will praise you upon the lyre for your
faithfulness, O my God; *
I will sing to you with the harp, O Holy One of Israel.
23 My lips will sing with joy when I play to you, *
and so will my soul, which you have redeemed.
24 My tongue will proclaim your righteousness all day long, *
for they are ashamed and disgraced who sought to do me harm.

Laura Vandervoort will play Indigo on "Supergirl."

the Air
Kūki o sengen

Declare the air. It's free. It's fair.
It's there to breath.

The heavens declare air, darkness and light.

The earth shows the promise of substance.

One day tells time to another.

One night imparts knowledge to others.

Though time has no words or language,

the message has gone to the ends of the world;
the sound has gone out to all lands.

The scene has been set for the sun in the deep.

Illumination rises like a champion to show
that revolution on an axis in orbit around the sun
looks like the source is moved around the planet.

The stage has been set for the world to turn

from the uttermost edge of light to the other end of sight.
Darkness retreats from the rays of radiance.

The rule of law requires cultivation

with respect for rights. Rights for people
are the wealth for the nation.

No one is above the law.

Judgment is for liberty with justice
without discrimination
for any reason.

Justice revives the soul.

It gives wisdom to all
who need it.

Do not harbor false beliefs.

Do not abuse your authority.

Respect your responsibility.

Preserve time for rest.

Honor your family for length in life.

Do not murder. Do not destroy property
or relations. Do not steal. Do not bear false witness.
Do not covet another's property. Do not support
sacrifice for invasion, genocide, violence or cruelty.

Provide a portion of your income for the poor,

the disabled, the elderly and education.
Spending on social security restrains
expenditures for defense.

Do you believe in God?

Put your faith in action with love for others.
You earn respect by honoring rights for all.

Keep yourself from harming others

to keep yourself from crime. Deter self injury
to prevent mental illness. Deter harm to others
to stop violence. Care for those who need it.

Love your enemy.

Hate violence and deception
or you will  never progress in justice
or find justice in progress.

The rule of law is for justice.

It gives joy to the heart
and insight to the mind.

It makes love grow
in the garden of soul.

Kirsten Dunst: TV Work
"A big challenge, one particular to TV, was the revolving door of directors. "Every two weeks you get a new one, and they each have their own way of doing things. You get used to one person's style, and then they switch it up on you. It's natural that you vibe with some more than others," she says. "

Shinjitsu o motomete

Your love reaches high into the sky.
Your faith extends beyond the clouds.

Your judgment is strong like the mountains;

your justice is profound like the deep sea;
your salvation saves human and animal life.

Your love is priceless. People find comfort

in the embrace of your wings.

They eat from your abundant providence.

They drink from your river of delight.

The well of life is in you.

We see light in your life.

Continue to show kindness to those who know you.
Show favor to truth in heart as well as mind.

I will not let pride inside.

Greed will not lead me aside.

Prejudice is partial in judgement.

it causes hypocrisy.
It leads to discrimination.

challenges statements
to find truth.

Seek truth
in the light
of life.

5 Your love, O Lord, reaches to the heavens, *
and your faithfulness to the clouds.
6 Your righteousness is like the strong mountains,
your justice like the great deep; *
you save both man and beast, O Lord.
7 How priceless is your love, O God! *
your people take refuge under the
shadow of your wings.
8 They feast upon the abundance of your house; *
you give them drink from the river of your delights.
9 For with you is the well of life, *
and in your light we see light.
10 Continue your loving-kindness to those who know you, *
and your favor to those who are true of heart.
11 Let not the foot of the proud come near me, *
nor the hand of the wicked push me aside.
12 See how they are fallen, those who work wickedness! *
they are cast down and shall not be able to rise.

Pippa Middleton

Hear the
Kaminari o kikimasu

Ascribe power to creation, you leaders.
Assign strength to sustainable growth.

Give thanks to grace for correction with mercy.

Becoming is the beginning of being.

Being is the foundation for soul;

soul, the mirror for life.

The right to life is for all in the law.

The flash of lightning sings of wonder in darkness.
Light shows instant weightless motion as spirit with speed.

Spirit sings sound as the crack breaks

the back of somber stillness.

The voice of the thunder rumbles

across the sky with the wind
under the clouds.

The voice of power is strong.

It sings for splendor in song.

The song breaks the redwood,

the tree that could not be broken.

Hills are moved by walls of water.

The mountain is consumed
by the creation of cloud.

A volcano spits flames of fire higher

than imagination had seen prior
to the visage of plume.

The foundation of the earth is shaken by the quake.

The quake shakes land until contructs crumble.

Heat from fire makes strong trees writhe.

It strips the forest bare.

All are crying "Have mercy"

in this temple of soul.

Light shines enthroned by sun

above the water after the flood.

The power of creation permeates

life in time. Construction
has to delay destruction from the fray
and decay with the drive
for improvement
in design.

The Creator gives power

to the people of creation
through the management
of resources.

Strength is given

for the blessings
of peace.

29 Afferte Domino
1 Ascribe to the Lord, you gods, *
ascribe to the Lord glory and strength.
2 Ascribe to the Lord the glory due his Name; *
worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.
3 The voice of the Lord is upon the waters;
the God of glory thunders; *
the Lord is upon the mighty waters.
4 The voice of the Lord is a powerful voice; *
the voice of the Lord is a voice of splendor.
5 The voice of the Lord breaks the cedar trees; *
the Lord breaks the cedars of Lebanon;
6 He makes Lebanon skip like a calf, *
and Mount Hermon like a young wild ox.
7 The voice of the Lord splits the flames of fire;
the voice of the Lord shakes the wilderness; *
the Lord shakes the wilderness of Kadesh.
8 The voice of the Lord makes the oak trees writhe *
and strips the forests bare.
9 And in the temple of the Lord *
all are crying, "Glory!"
10 The Lord sits enthroned above the flood; *
the Lord sits enthroned as King for evermore.
11 The Lord shall give strength to his people; *
the Lord shall give his people the blessing of peace.

Rashida Jones
Best Advice

for Posterity
Han'ei no seichō
kōsei no tame ni

Lead people to justice.
Grant righteousness
to each generation;

that we may live well
and share providence
with the poor;

that the mountains
may produce wealth for prosperity;
the hills perspective for protection,
material for construction
and food for flocks.

Let defense extend to those in need.
Save those threatened by harm.
Negotiate for the resolution
of conflict.

Love your enemy.
Don't eliminate competition.
Don't eradicate threat.
Don't crush opposition.
Don't seek to kill or harm
"them," "him," or "her."

Stop the impulse to damage
others with violence or cruelty.
Imagine the light from the sun
as it shines on fresh, clean,
clear water.

Excellence will live as our leader.
This power will last longer than
the sun and the moon;
from one generation
to another.

Fairness will flourish.
Friendship will flower by the hour.
There will be an abundance of peace
with prosperity for posterity.

Your light will shine
so people can see
your good work.

72 Deus, judicium
1 Give the King your justice, O God, *
and your righteousness to the King's Son;
2 That he may rule your people righteously *
and the poor with justice.
3 That the mountains may bring prosperity to the people, *
and the little hills bring righteousness.
4 He shall defend the needy among the people; *
he shall rescue the poor and crush the oppressor.
5 He shall live as long as the sun and moon endure, *
from one generation to another.
6 He shall come down like rain upon the mown field, *
like showers that water the earth.
7 In his time shall the righteous flourish; *
there shall be abundance of peace till the moon shall be no more.
8 He shall rule from sea to sea, *
and from the River to the ends of the earth.
9 His foes shall bow down before him, *
and his enemies lick the dust.
10 The kings of Tarshish and of the isles shall pay tribute, *
and the kings of Arabia and Saba offer gifts.
11 All kings shall bow down before him, *
and all the nations do him service.
12 For he shall deliver the poor who cries out in distress, *
and the oppressed who has no helper.
13 He shall have pity on the lowly and poor; *
he shall preserve the lives of the needy.
14 He shall redeem their lives from oppression and violence, *
and dear shall their blood be in his sight.
15 Long may he live!
and may there be given to him gold from Arabia; *
may prayer be made for him always,
and may they bless him all the day long.
16 May there be abundance of grain on the earth,
growing thick even on the hilltops; *
may its fruit flourish like Lebanon,
and its grain like grass upon the earth.
17 May his Name remain for ever
and be established as long as the sun endures; *
may all the nations bless themselves in him and call him blessed.
18 Blessed be the Lord God, the God of Israel, *
who alone does wondrous deeds!
19 And blessed be his glorious Name for ever! *
and may all the earth be filled with his glory.
Amen. Amen.

Yorokobi o kanjimasu.

Rise to be wise.
Shine while you dine.
Find the sublime in time.
Get in line with design.

Be new for all and for you;

born by spirit; just hear it; be near it.

Walk calmly. Stand tall.

Let the turbulence fall.
Walk on water. Don't stall.

Look upon joy as your toy.

Life's essence is our defense.

One day in your presence

is better than a thousand
without you. It is better
to stand on the threshold
of goodness than to dwell
in the company of cruelty
or violence.

Faith is both our sun and our shield.

Love gives grace with glory.

Nothing good will be withheld

from those who walk with integrity.

Happy are those who put their trust in truth.

We construct justice with joy by the design
for life in reality.
